Why?
So, today at my local grocery store the woman at the deli counter reached her hand out and handed me a piece of the turkey she had just cut for me. I hadn't ask for it. It was 5:30 pm and I was going home to have dinner. As a matter of fact, I had brushed my teeth before leaving for the store, so obviously I didn't plan to eat turkey while there, but I took it and ate it anyway. Which begs me to ask the question "Why?" Why did she offer it to me (I assure you, I do not look hungry) in the first place? Secondly, why did I take it? And thirdly, why did I EAT it???

My Current Obsession
Crumbs cupcakesCrumbs cupcakes are
Many people claim that Crumbs is a close second in the cupcake department to rival Magnolias Bakery (made famous by Sex and the City). Magnolia's cupcakes are good, but they are not gourmet and therefore do not have the same "character" as those from Crumbs. Yeah, that's right, I said cupcakes have "character." These do. Check out their website to see that it's true.

What if you don't live in LA or NY you may ask. Well don't worry, Crumbs will deliver all across the US. WooHoo!
A Year?????
A whole year has passed without a blog post. I apologize to my many readers Mindy ;)
Reading my last post seems eerily familiar as we are now engrossed in "CharlieGate." Praying he gets his "winning" life some help soon.
Anyway...During the past 12 months:
We began our second year of homeschooling.
Nolan began speech with Miss Cindy.
Colin lost his first tooth.
We went to Orlando for 8 days in November.
Patrick and I went to see Mary Poppins on Broadway.
Chick-fil-a opened in Easton, PA 20 miles from us.
I discovered Crumbs.
I lost 27 pounds, then gained 8 back :(
I hope to be better about writing on this blog. I think it will be easier now that I have the laptop to work on while in bed. Wish me luck ...
